In Australia it is illegal to own a gun Nick so I do not relate to that one. We do all have down times. These days I watch uplifting videos to bring myself back. Thanks NicK.

Ya, there are always ways to refocus. There is always something that we can look to with gratitude. Doesn’t hurt to blow off some steam once in a while. : )

Wowzas Nick! Talk about killin’ some serious cans! LOL Ilove it! I can’t say that I’ve ever tried that, but now that I know…. ;) For me, it honestly depends on “where” I’m at. Mentally, physically, etc. But I know first and foremost that I love being of service to others. That always gets me out of my head. It feels great to help others and brings me back to groud. I also enjoy listening to audios, reading and CLEANING! Believe it or not! CLEANING is therapeutic! :) Keep up the great blogging!

As long as you are safe and with someone that really knows what they are doing. Cleaning huh?! I can see that. Maybe I will start doing more of it, ha, : ) and you are right. You can’t help but feel amazing when you are helping someone else. Getting out of your own way and being of service. No other feeling.

Hey Nick – I’ve never shot a gun before or killed any cans, but I can see how it might be a stress reliever. For me, I usually go do some form of physical activity whether it be a hike, bike ride or workout at the gym. Gets that energy moved out of my body. Nice to see you’ve found one way to relieve your stress! Happy can killing!

Ya, it’s a once a year bonding moment with my brother. It is a great stress reliever. Exercise, reading, and getting quiet seem to be the norm the rest of the year.
